2. Qualifications and insurance
Providers must maintain relevant trade permits, registrations, competent personnel, safety controls and insurance where applicable. PGONE does not automatically certify providers.
3. Quotations and changes
Provide itemised scope, pricing, materials, timeline, site conditions, warranty and variations for customer acceptance before work begins.
4. On-site safety
Providers control their personnel, employment duties, equipment and worksite safety, and comply with Malaysian occupational safety and other applicable requirements.
5. Booking, fees and disputes

6. Privacy and termination
