1. Listing role
PGONE is a discovery and enquiry platform unless a particular transaction expressly states otherwise. PGONE does not itself act as an estate agent merely by listing properties.
2. Listing verification
Advertisers must have authority to market each property. Where agency services are regulated, the relevant registered estate agency and negotiator details must be displayed and verified.
3. Accuracy
Advertisers are responsible for accurate location, ownership or authority, availability, pricing, photographs and material property details.
4. Viewing and deposits
Viewing appointments, sale contracts, tenancy agreements, deposits and conveyancing should be handled through duly authorised parties and appropriate regulated channels. Do not send deposits to unverified accounts.
5. Removal and reporting
